Journey Waves was built by marketers who have spent decades inside billion-dollar companies, fast-growth brands, and local startups. Collectively, our team brings over 50 years of real-world marketing experience—from national campaigns and complex growth strategies to hands-on work with small, community-based businesses.
At some point, we made a conscious decision:
Instead of taking that experience back into the corporate world, we wanted to use it for something better.
